Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Omnia account at any time, either directly in the app or by contacting us. Deletion is not reversible.

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Omnia Omni app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

For security, the app may ask you to sign in again shortly before deleting.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email support@omniasvr.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We complete emailed requests within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what we keep

Data	What happens
Account credentials and login	Deleted immediately
Profile (name, photo, saved addresses, favorites)	Deleted immediately
Chat conversations	Removed from your account
Completed booking and payment records	Retained up to 7 years where required for tax, accounting and dispute-resolution law, then deleted
